Karissa Shannon is one 1 / 2 of the Shannon twins who made their presence known once they began dating Hugh Hefner. The twins were also featured in Playboy's double summer issue because the July and August playmates.
Seems like the twins cut back time with one another since they're no longer dating Hef and residing in his mansion. Karissa says she's currently dating 'Smallville' actor Sam Jones III who is allegedly also featured in a sex tape which may be published very soon.It's also been rumored that she has a sex tape with Heidi Montag.
We're due for an additional reality star sex tape and it sounds like Shannon might be our next candidate!
